Но вообще debian все, окромя этого CD-ROM видит. И железный рейд 3ware - без проблем. Встроенный SATA RAID я выключил, в нем нет смысла никакого: он не поддерживает Linux. С USB-DVD он с грехом пополам грузится и работает (возможно просто проблемный USB-DVD) и дров не требует...
