Будешь смеяться, но китайские светильники под 36Вт трубки ценой в 10$ уже идут с вполне приличными ЭПРА.
Бесспорно, фирменные philips-osram и проч. ЭПРА лучше и надёжнее, но - факт.

Вставляем трубку 9-й серии и получаем прекрасный свет, 2-3 тыс. лм.
